Craig A. Secher President and Founder
Craig graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services. He then worked in the child protection field in Larimer County, including work as a Child Protection Ongoing Case Manager with the Larimer County Department of Human Services. As President of Realities For Children, Craig is responsible for youth agency partnerships, sponsorship distributions and emergency funding allocations. Jennifer L. Varner Marketing and Promotional Coordinator
After attending Colorado State University Jennifer opened an interior design studio that specialized in providing functional, affordable and beautiful housing to all. Her series of free community workshops and seminars was implemented a few years later and introduced her to the power of volunteerism. Now a community volunteer for nearly a decade, Jennifer is truly excited to have the priviledge of working for Realities for Children full time in service to the children and families of her hometown. Jennifer is responsible for member and event marketing, advertising, assisting with event coordination, managing volunteers and arranging volunteer and community service activities. Molly Secher Membership Manager
Molly graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S in Home Economics and a minor in Early Childhood Development. She has worked with children for 15 years and has been involved with Realities For Children since 1996. Molly is the Membership Manager where she helps facilitate the Membership process, is a communication leader to Ambassadors and assists with member to member relations. Lindsay Schreiner Event Coordinator
After earning her undergraduate degree in Business from Colorado State University, Lindsay completed a Master of Fine Arts at the University of Utah. For several years, Lindsay was a dance teacher, choreographer, production coordinator and non-profit administrator. More recently, Lindsay’s career has taken her to Colorado State University where she has been employed as a database manager and event coordinator. Lindsay served as the volunteer event coordinator for Realities For Children’s Gadabout in 2007, and currently enjoys her role as Event Coordinator for several Realities For Children events, including: Member Appreciation Dinner, Gadabout and Bikes for Tykes. Kelly Meyer Special Youth Opportunities Event Coordinator
Kelly graduated from Florida State University with a B.S degree in early Childhood Development. She recieved her Masters Degree in Counseling from Colorado State University, M.Ed. Kelly volunteered at Larimer County Probation and completed her Internship at Larimer County Mental Health and did her postgraduate work at the Carbon County Counseling Center. For over seven years she worked for the State of Colorado, Division of Youth Corrections as a Diagnostican. Currently Kelly works for Sales Leadereship Inc.
